Summer Fruit Salsa

One of the things I love about summer is all the yummy fruit you can find at your local farmer's market and at your local grocer.  A huge fruit salad is a wonderful treat but how about making it an appetizer?  A fruit salsa is a nice, light addition to your party's appetizer table.

Would you like to see how I made mine?  Here, take a look!

Fruit Salsa

Ingredients:
2 peaches, peeled and diced
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
1/2 pound of fresh strawberries diced
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Chill for at least 30 minutes.  Serve with baked pita chips, Beer Flats (enter a chance to win a sampler pack here) or another light cracker.
