Aside from the amazing aroma from these candles, I also love the jar that the 3 wick candle comes in. It's a great design and the way the lid fits, you could easily re-use these jars once you can no longer light your candle.
On the left is a new candle and the right is the candle I just finished burning.
The first thing you need to do is place your candle in the freezer until your wax is "frozen". I'm not exactly sure how long this takes. I just put it in when I go to bed at night and then take it out in the morning.
When you take your candle out of the freezer, the wax may or may not already be cracked as mine is here. Anyway, frozen wax is nice and brittle so all you need to do is use a knife to loosen the wax.
See, it comes out very easily. Once you remove all the wax, store it in a zip lock bag (I'll be sharing some uses for your leftover wax). Then, soak your jar in hot water and the labels will come off easily.
Look how nice the empty candle jar is. I think it would be great for storing cotton balls, craft supplies, office supplies, you name it. Let the organizing begin!
Note: Be sure to remove all the wax from your jar before you wash it. Any wax that goes down your drain could clog it!
